Tampa's one of my favorite places! Be sure to take a drive on the Sunshine Skyway.
Happy Belated 50. Sorry I've been sort of absent, but things are, well, hard. I'll be 52 in a minute, and I just don't care. I don't want it to be my birthday or Easter or spring. We all know that all I want is my baby back. Anyway. AARP contacts me at two addresses, under two different names. I ignore them every single time, because they did something awful (I can't remember what it was), and they ain't getting my money til I figure out what they can do for me (nothing that I can ascertain). Have a lovely trip!

The best key lime pie in the entire world (and yes, I've tried them all). I'm sure their other pies are yummy too but I've been yearning to go to visit Mike's Pies ever since I tasted their delicious wares at the Great American Pie Festival in Celebration, FL. Just absolutely the best!

Wish I could go too, we spent ten years in the Tampa area.
If you have time go to Ybor City in Tampa, that is about all of "Old" Tampa that is left. We used to go to the Columbia there and have Spanish Bean Soup.
Ooooooh, I wanna gooooooooooo, tooooooooo!
