It was 18 years ago today that sweet Simon arrived in my life. He's celebrating it by hanging with his friends at Myrtle Beach for Spring Break. I talk to him every day and he's having a blast. Apparently it's Cool Car Central and he's there with my Sensible Saturn. Life goes on, son.

You let him take your Saturn?! On spring break! I hope it comes back in one piece!
It's 11 years old, over 100,000 miles on it - still runs great! Meanwhile I'm driving his vroom-vroom with the tinted windows and waaaay tooo looouud sound system. I'm working on improving my middle aged image. Too early to tell if it's working yet.
My understanding is they've parked the car and are walking everywhere since they're staying right on "the strip".
