My new book arrived yesterday! The funny thing is the main book (origami) I wanted is backordered until the end of August. I only threw this book on the order at the last minute to get the free shipping. Yep, I spent $16.50 to save five bucks in shipping. I'm an accounting genius, aren't I?
So now you know. If I ever faint or anything, just wave Dandee Images website under my nose for a quick revival.

I literally had to stop looking at the site this morning because my heart was racing. Even though I know there will always be new techniques to try, I still find myself amazed when I come across new techniques. How much more can there be to do with paper??

thanks for posting that site.. have never seen it before... not sure if this is a good thing or not! lol but can see why this would revive you..the book looks great too..will be waiting so see what you do with it..
Stefani, you're so funny! I love reading your blog.
I do the same thing ... spend extra on stuff to get free shipping (usually books) ... but hey, at least you get SOMETHING for it, instead of what feels like nothing. And have you noticed how they've figured out the pricing formula so that you always fall just a couple of dollar shy of the free shipping threshold, but have to spend say, $10-$15 more, because of course there aren't any $5 items? Those devils.
Looks like a beautiful book!
Can't wait to see what you do with all the new ideas!!
Heh! I do the same thing... usually have a number of books I would like to read so when I find a new book I really want I just add on one or two of the "would like to read" books until I hit the free shipping figure. (Currently I have have at least seven or eight books lying around here waiting for me to find time to read them.)
