List of Crafters

.

I emailed the craft show organizer yesterday bragging about all the publicity work I'd done for this weekend's craft show. It was one of my usual hip, funny emails. :-) I told her I'd been pimpin' the craft show for weeks. I thanked her for the evening set-up because it fits well with my roadie's schedule.

"That's great."

I met her last night and I don't think she'd know a blog from a hole in the ground. I don't mean to lump older people together, because I happen to know some very with-it computer-literate older folks. (Hi Mom! Hi Dad!) No wonder she looked at me like I was crazy when I introduced myself.

Know your audience!

She very kindly, unsolicited, emailed me a list of crafts that will be available at the show. She didn't provide artist or business names, just descriptions. You'll notice that mine is not listed there - because I couldn't bear to type the description she'd given me, "String Art". :::Sigh::: Jen assured me that once people see my stuff they will realize it's way more than "string art". (No offense to true String Artists everywhere.)

Stefani,
Break that mold...string art...sheeh...it's much more than that! One look at your wares speaks volumes. Good luck at the show.
Best,
D
