Blue Tassels

I made this framed piece for Steve's daughter - and I gave her an iTunes gift card too. The frame is 8" square so originally the piece looked a tad small in it. I added what I think looks like tassels by adding those 3 tiny shapes to each point. I've never tried that before and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
