Everybody knows I'm a morning person and love to get up early and get stuff done before heading off to the day job. But even I have a rule about not waking up "in the threes". I get up at 4:00 or 4:30, depending on what time I go to bed. This morning Steve got a work-related phone call at 3:45. So I reset my alarm for 4:30, but quickly decided I was awake enough to get up and get moving.
Since we have breakfast at work on Fridays and I never have to fix lunch for Steve on Fridays, and quite often, not for me either - I've been crankin' this morning. If only I could spend my entire day this way!
I went to the grand opening of Moonflower Handcrafted Gallery after work yesterday. It was really crowded! To the point it was hard to move around and see things. It's a cute store, everything is really nicely displayed. I got to visit with my friend Vickie and her parents. I'd hoped to ask the owner if Sylvie was there - we connected through her blog yesterday but the owner was really busy. There was lots of food but I didn't eat anything. Looks like there are a couple of massage rooms off the gallery floor. I wish them lots of success.

I didn't realize you get up as early as I do. What time do you go to bed?
I don't go to bed as early as you do though, Stephanie. I shoot for 9:00 but absolutely no later than 10:00. If there's time, after properly snuggling Reggi & Verona, before the magic hour of 10:00 and I'm not too tired, I like to read before bed. By read, I mean glance at the same paragraph over and over until my eyes snap shut.
