More Horses

This is the third framed piece I'll be delivering to one of my customers. It's a birthday gift for a friend of hers who is a photographer who loves horses. It turns out she has an Etsy shop too! She's just getting started there and asked me for my thoughts on her shop and what craft shows might be a good venue for her. Paying it forward.

Wholesale Supplies is the company that provided the happy accident with the tins I mentioned yesterday. They've changed their website since I was last there so I had to look up my paperwork this morning to make sure that was them. Stephanie, this is where I buy reed diffuser replacement liquid. Or should I say where I did buy it? I just saw this note on their website: We have been notified that effective immediately, the company that manufacturers our Triple Throw Reed Diffuser Fragrance Oils will no longer be producing these oils. .
I wondered why they had so few fragrances listed this time. But I Googled "reed diffuser oil" and a whole bunch of pages popped up. Hope that helps anyone looking for refill oils. I've been looking locally, literally for years. I can't believe Michael's doesn't carry it. I think the reed diffusers are still pretty popular - I see them in the Sunday newspaper ads.

Work doesn't suck this week!

I've been invited to a work-related dinner Friday night which I'll tell you about after the event. But otherwise, I have no commitments this weekend so I really expect to bear down and get lots of Pine Tree Designs work done. My favorite kind of weekend.

The horseys are so cute!
Beautiful card, as always! Are those horses a punch? (I think you told us before, but I've forgotten!) Could you share the source? Thanks!
Yep, Leslie, the horses were punched. These are actually 4 layers deep because I first punched them out of a lighter brown paper - and glued them in place. I decided they were too flat so I punched more horses out of black and then a medium brown. I glued the black/black/brown layers together, then glued them to the existing brown layer. Worked out pretty good.
Almost all my punches have come from the best punch resource I've ever found, Scrappily Ever After. They offer great prices, real shipping costs and outstanding customer service.
They frequently run 30% discount sales so you'll want to sign up for their email newsletter.
Thanks for replying to my question. I see reed diffusers all over the place, but not the replacement oil. I'll have to do some more digging on the Internet.
